Unused items still sealed in their original packaging can be returned for refund up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items which are incomplete, damaged, or used will not be accepted without prior approval. 

Package return items appropriately to avoid damage, note the original order number on the outside of the package and send to: Revolution Lightboards, 5200 Koch Rd, Farley, IA, 52046.

-Shipping costs for return shipping and from the original order are non-refundable. Any costs for package refusal, undeliverability to the address provided or package intercept fees will be the responsibility of the customer. 

-Reductions may be made based on the time and materials spent to process the order and return, inspection, and repackaging if necessary.

-Time and money dedicated to the design, coordination and building of custom orders will be non-refundable.

-Any non-refundable payment fees (including credit card processing fees) will be deducted from the amount refunded.

After returns are received and inspected, refunds will be applied to the original credit card or other method of payment.
