Is the desk with your Revolution studio or lightboard not moving (not raising up nor down)? No worries - this is a common question with a straightforward solution.

The desks have an internal position monitoring system and it's likely it just needs to be reset. Occasionally, this reset may be required after a power outage or similar incident. Please follow the sequence below to do so:

1. Hold the DOWN button until the desk reaches its lowest height and then release the button.
2. Hold the DOWN button again for 10 seconds, and then release.
3. Hold the DOWN button again until the desk lowers slightly, then rises slightly, then release the button. 

The movement means the desk reset was successful. Your desk is now reset and ready to use! If the desk didn't move, try this step again.
